Annual Goals

• Replenish Wood Chips, if DRP does not supply wood chips. (Did not need more wood chips as of Spring 2011)
• Replenish Sand, (most recently replenished in Spring 2011)
• Halloween Party
• Spring and Fall Community Clean-up Events
• Ice Cream Social

Short Term Goals (2009-2010)

• Make new marketing materials
• Repaint old benches

Long Term Goals

• Design and order permanent sign for bulletin board (perhaps multilingual sign in Chinese/Spanish/French?).
• Regrade wood chip area
• Install new picnic table
• Install new benches
• In 2013-2014, sandbox may have to be dug out again and replenished with fresh sand.
• Recruit more parents to join the board
